Came in today and Armah was able to accommodate my situation and instead of turning me away...made a quick call and got the information needed to complete the service. Took my car right into the bay after I handed over the keys. 10/10
Lost trust . I purchased group on coupon for wheel alignment . This store is listed as participants. I inform about coupon when booking appointment . Still they charged full amount. When I showed there store on Groupon on site, manager still did not refund. Trust is major for customer. There are other companies who do service as this Mr. Tire. So go there.
