Bought new tires, they installed the wrong weights on tires, and they fell off, took back and did the same thing. I had to take truck to another shop to have them balanced, went back to them to see if they would cover the balance from other shop. Never heard back from them after several calls. Won't do business with them again.
Shop scratched every single wheel on my truck. Pending to see what they will do to cover the damages.
The assistant manager was great. He help me out with my probably and got my car back on the road thank you
Thankful I was able to get new tire put on since they were not able to patch tire. I was a walk in and the work was done that day.
Had to wait about 10 minutes with nobody at the front desk then was welcomed with unfriendly staff. Over 3 hours wait for a simple tire patch job. It definitely felt like they didn't want anymore customers. Won't be back.
