Took my Acura for maintenance. My engine splash shield fell off the next day, since then my car made a noise it did not make prior. I took it back a total of FOUR different times to fix this issue, my car continued to make a noise. The 2nd time I Was informed they used ZIP TIES to hold a piece of my car together… 4th time the STORE MANAGER Chris, told me he removed the zip ties and ordered the manufacturer clips for my Acura.
