To the workers and staff at Mr. Tire on Buckeystown Pike: 1) learn what customer service is; I waited 20 minutes just to talk to a staff member. I needed one tire replaced so I could get home, and the staff member "greeted" me by asking if I had an appointment. As my tire had just become flat, I did not have an appointment, which is why I stopped at Mr. Tire because they were right there. The worker quoted me $360 to replace 1 tire. Outstanding front staff, quick turnaround and professional service
I had an excellent experience at this location recently. I brought my Tesla in for a flat tire, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free. Christopher does a fantastic job running the shop, and it was a pleasure working with him. I highly recommend this place.
Women, if you want to be treated like a capable consumer, do not go here.
I am so pleased we called in to this Service Centre for help. We had a rental care with a flat tyre and they went above and beyond to make sure our travels could continue. They phoned the rental company for us as we weren’t able to on an international number and went of their way to replace the tyre for us in less than 30 minutes with photos and receipt emailed so we could forward as evidence to the rental company. We were so pleased with the service we received. Thanks again.
