The guy Jerry who helped me on the phone today was extremely sweet. He told me to come right in and he would help me after I told him I had a huge nail in my back tire. I came to the mount Ephraim location and they took my car back and fixed it in less than 10 mins. I had my two boys with me and I was so relieved and greatful for this positive experience! Shoutout to JERRY lol
