Mr. Tire in Granite Falls, NC, took advantage of my daughter’s lack of automotive knowledge and deadline to have an inspection performed. The inspection was by appointment. I spoke with a customer service representative who said a refund will be provided. As of two weeks, a refund has not been received. I will call back. I encourage all to avoid Mr. Tire in Granite Falks, NC.

I've had good service and good experiences at Mr Tire in the past. But the workmanship for me has declined as of recent. To make a long story short, I had a tire rotation with Mr. Tire. Shortly after, I started hearing a noise in the front end of my car. As the sound went from a little noise to a very loud hard knocking noise, I refused to keep driving it as it felt unsafe. The guy called thinking he was calling my wife and seemed aggravated he reached a man. He said we needed a laundry list of repairs. I called my wife and told her to just wait and we will look and see. He got argumentative and rude when she declined. Upon further inspection at bolicks it was concluded he was lying we didnt need anything he quoted. Also the oil change was 80 dollars. Scamming women.
