Friendly and helpful staff Edit: Have tried to come in for service twice in the past two months only to be told the first time that the tech telling me what time to come in over the phone was not an actual appointment and that I couldn’t be seen without one. And the second time I scheduled for an oil change for 4:30 online only to get there at 4:15 and be told that they couldn’t see me because the techs leave at 5 and don’t schedule people after 4.
