I brought my car in for my inspection having just moved from out of state. they took my car at the scheduled time and had it back to me in about an hour. the staff were friendly and professional. I will be back for all of my other car needs.

Called last week to set up an appointment for Friday at 5:00 PM, intending for my car to be fixed over the weekend. Was told to come in the following weekend, as the mechanic would be out that weekend. Came in for my appointment the following weekend, only to be told that my appointment had been scheduled for 9 AM that day. The receptionist also had to ask me what services my car needed, despite me explicitly listing them during my original phone call—why was none of that recorded, and how did she get the time wrong?
