Service wasn’t good installed the wrong size tire that I supplied but they didn’t catch it at all after tire rotation and checking for a nail was trying to get a state inspection while It was there and on the rack they claimed they were to busy to do it. So I took around the corner to Goodyear were they pointed out the difference on the tire.My first time there never going back they didn’t leave a good taste in my mouth.
I came in for an inspection and oil change. Noah is a new manager at this location that really takes care of his customers. Doug also serviced my car with care. They got me in and out efficiently. I needed things fixed on my car upon inspection that got fixed! Thanks Noah and team!
We had a travel trailer flat tire that shredded on the PA turnpike. After roadside service we needed to replace our spare before continuing our journey. Time completely wasted at NTB and Firestone. We then tried Mr Tire and received the most gracious service imaginable along with the appropriate tire in stock. If there was a rating above 5 stars we would gladly give it!!
