Good luck with the customer service line if you have an issue with Mr. Tire. I called the Monro customer service in response to my previous complaint about the price issue. They told me to get an estimate from another repair shop so that they could compare the costs. The other repair shop noted that Mr. Tire decided to charge me for work that could not possibly be done on a 2016 Ford F-150 because they do not have drum brakes.
