These ppl are scammers from hell, They tried to make my son get 4 new tires on a car that had new tires put on it 2 months ago because he had a flat and ran one tire off the rim,Only needed 1 tire . STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE FRAUDESTERS
Avoid this location. I took my personal vehicle here for tires the first visit and everything was fine. I then took my work vehicle here for an oil change. This is done by fleet so the fleet management company has all prior maintenance completed. I was told the brake pads were at 3 so they were submitting to fleet to have pads and rotors changed on both axles and they would call me once that was approved. I brought my vehicle to the Mr. Tire location in Charleroi, PA strictly for an oil leak diagnosis. I was explicitly told that no parts would be touched or adjusted without my consent. Despite this, the shop adjusted an oil feed tube clamp before contacting me, which directly contradicted what I was told. When I raised concern, the response I received was dismissive and inappropriate — along the lines of “Do you want me to take it back off, because I can” rather than acknowledging that consent should have been obtained first.... read more
Useless shop that doesn't know what they're doing. Vehicle needed aligned. Took it there for it. They said there was a broken part in front end. I took it somewhere else right after and they said they must not have even looked at it. It needed aligned. Don't go here.
