My cars brakes went out and needed front and back replaced, they were able to fix it within two days. Very consistent with updates on my vehicle which was appreciated because I live two hours away from this garage! Price was a bit high for my liking but the brakes were certainly needed so I can't complain. Communication and professionalism is at a premium at Mr.Tire.
Big mistake going to your shop in New Stanton, Pennsylvania !! ALL I NEEDED WAS TWO TIRES SWAPPED ON THE FRONT OF MY TRUCK (I brought the brand new ones, in the back of my truck, to be mounted and balanced) When I pulled in, there were two “Technicians” Standing in the open Doorways of all empty car bays, and not a vehicle in the car parking lot either… I went ahead and paid in advance with my card in the office. Worst inspection place I have ever been to. They test drove my truck when they shouldn't have just to tell me it was too big for their garage. Please DO NOT GO HERE.
I had a valve stem crack. I called and they were able to fit me in super fast to get me bs m on the road. For sure will use them more in the future.
