had a flat tire late last night and they took me in with no hassle
I made an appointment for tire installation and an alignment. I gave the make and model of vehicle when I made the appointment. It was for noon, I got there 5mins early. Only 1 customer in waiting room and 3 employees working. When I got there I was told they can't do the alignment because their machine doesn't work for my vehicle. Which would have been nice to know prior because I wouldn't even have gone there. Then I sat and waited until 2pm in the waiting room.
