We've had excellent experiences with this Mr. Tire location over many years. They are very knowledgeable and very honest. They take good care of our vehicles and at the same time are proactive in trying to save us money and unnecessary repairs. We trust them -- how often do you say that about a car service place?? We highly recommend and will keep returning.
The employees I talked with were very friendly and explained things. I’ll be going back due to their great service.
There were quite a few things when I first made my appointment for 10 AM and went to the shop. They did not have my appointment. The same person that took the appointment said that I was able to use a coupon for the oil change at tire rotation, however when I went there, the gentleman at the counter, said I was unable to use conventional oil, even though I told gentleman who made the appointment a year make, and model of my car. Did not have a good experience at this Mr. Tire location. Had an appointment for a routine oil change and tire rotation. Got there and was told I needed to wait at least an 90 minutes. I have work obligations and was told to come back at another time. I made another appointment. Another hour and a half. In addition, I had a Mr. Tire coupon for a full synthetic oil change.
