Staff was friendly but professional, but most of all honest.
Daniel wasn't friendly this the second time I've dealt with him. Everybody was nice.
As many times as I had called to check on the car, the holdup was the rims coming from Louisiana. They had my car for eight days, which was very inconvenience . The appraiser from State Farm was there within one day of me calling to put the claim in. However, I do believe Mr Tire did a great job on my car no problems. They did wheel alignment new rims and two new tires.
They were very helpful, I was having an issue with getting assistance and follow ups from the original auto service location I had taken my car to and they were able to get my car and take a look at it in a very quick amount of time! Now when I was on my way to get my car is when the problem started. The manager or supervisor whoever he was supposed to be, was on his phone acting as if he didn’t wanna be there.
