Excellent service, very knowledgeable and helpful staff members
Upon meeting why the csr, he advised me that he threw out my estimate and would need to redo it. The estimate was much higher than the original and I advised him of this. It gave me the feeling that he got something out of it by redoing the estimate. I still went along with it, but advised my feelings about the situation. I’ve been a long time customer of this location, and this was the first time I experienced this lack of professionalism.
We showed up before a long road trip & they were able to repair our tire & get us on our way. Excellent service

At this location, I find the employees to be very condescending, especially to women. I got a blowout on my rear passenger tire. My tires are under warranty and have road hazard on them. Because the tire was so badly damaged we took the tire off the car and took it into Mr. tire for an assessment and the probability of me needing a new tire.
