Terrible service. My SUV is smoking when I turn on my steering wheel is locked. It is also leaking fluid. I paid Mr. Tire almost 2,000 dollars, and when I called, I was told to bring the car back on Tuesday. They hung up on me. Remind you I was stuck in traffic
Totally incompetent. Tried getting me to spend money on items not needed
Caught a nail in my tire on the way to work. Called AAA and they switched me over to an ugly doughnut. I immediately went to Mr. tire ,once I got mobile. Casey was so nice and understanding about the situation he took my bad tire out the trunk and said go to work, I’ll have it ready for you when you get off. I returned to pick up my tire and his staff put it on. It was the smoothest transaction of the day! Kudos to Casey and the team!!!!
