Broke my key, forgot a valve cap stem, and then blames both on me and puts me on hold when I ask his name. Top tier professionals if you want your things broken and face spat in. Otherwise, go to Midas, or literally anywhere but here. What an absolute joke of management. "In 30 years" he's never heard of one of their guys being rough with a key and breaking the plastic backing? Really? And I just happened to lose the cap too? Despite having that never happen in MY 30 years?
