Crew from University Heights is at the South Euclid Store now. Its the best shop in the area now! They do everything.
Terrible and I wouldn't recommend anyone there
I was told the installation of my 4 tires would take 2-3hrs, so I didn't call off work but here I am 8hrs later and had to call off work. The worst part is they don't call you if they're going to be late and the staff is cold and unpleasant to talk to. I moved here from Nyc and maybe my standards for professionalism is too high, but I won't be back i can pay my money anywhere and feel better.Also the tires were dirty and they weren't inflated to the proper psi they were half flat.
