I have been their client for over 20 years, even though I moved to another county 10 years ago. They had a manager who was very customer focused and told me they wanted to keep my business, so, I had my trust in them. Had a replacement tire installed there. Someone with No experience was at the cashier and totally messed up my account not entering my last purchase and now my warranty is No good. Seriously Mr. Tire, unprofessional staff here. Be careful Unhappy now I'm supposed to pay full price after you robbed me for insurance
2-in-1 review. About a year ago, I had a leaking tire with nothing obvious. Brought my car in, and they diagnosed a loose valve stem immediately. Tightened it up and sent me on my way. Fast forward to today: different car, another tire leak, no obvious nail/screw or other damage. Took it in, and they took the car back immediately.
