DO NOT GO TO MR. TIRE!!! Back in March ’25, I took my Lexus ES 300h Sport 2024 to the Mr. Tire in Gaithersburg, MD due to a damaged tire I had. The Manager Stu stated I needed to buy a new tire. Unfortunately, they did not have my tire in stock so I had to come back the next day to get it taken care of. The next day, they went ahead & replaced my tire for over $300 & I was on my way. Super impressed. We had a rental car and were about to head out on a long trip when one of the tires wouldn't hold air. We called the rental company's insurance and they told us to come here. They worked quickly with us and the insurance company. They even checked the other tires and found one more with an issue and submitted it to the insurance company for approval. We were out of there within 2 hrs which was reasonable due to being busy and having to go back and forth with insurance. Luckily there was an IHOP for snackin'.... read more
