The service was good, but the receptionist was not welcoming, when I walked in afternoon and approached like Good afternoon sir, he was like “ WHOAT”
DO NOT GO TO MR. TIRE!!! Back in March ’25, I took my Lexus ES 300h Sport 2024 to the Mr. Tire in Gaithersburg, MD due to a damaged tire I had. The Manager Stu stated I needed to buy a new tire. Unfortunately, they did not have my tire in stock so I had to come back the next day to get it taken care of. The next day, they went ahead & replaced my tire for over $300 & I was on my way.
