It wasn’t the greatest first impression. Long wait to get a quote, lack of customer service, long wait to get the work done.
Asst. Kala was Awesome for checking in and pick up for my Jeep compass. She was dealing with 2 customers at one time . Been bringing my vehicles here for a very long time . Always fair and honest and they explain everything you don't understand 🧡😁
Excellent customer service. I love my tires that they sold me. Kayla and Both Johns did amazing with working with me and my budget. She was very friendly and accommodating. They were able to get me in and out same day. I can't thank these guys enough!
We've got the state inspection at Mr. Tire. We had a good experience. It was faster than I expected, it was ready in around 3 hours. I'd recommend it.
