Very knowledgeable and transparent with everything that needed to be done to the vehicle. Not friendly. They could all use a good customer service refresher training. My tire needed to be plugged and I googled tire repair places near me and this place came up. I made an 11am appt. When I walked in all 3 guys at the desk made eye contact with me, not a single one greeted me. I walked up to the desk just awkwardly standing there before the little one with dreads decided to help.
