They've had my jeep since yesterday at 11am and done nothing to it. Husband called this morning and their "still looking at it" its literally just hooking up the AC Compressor, charging it and looking at the rest of the system. Nothing is wrong with my jeep since i brought it in and supposedly there's more wrong to the jeep than just my AC not working. My service is free because its under their warranty and their trying to make me spend money out of pocket that I dont have.
The gentleman at the desk was very nice and respectful. I had my coolant flushed.
2 MD State Inspections done on 2 separate vehicles in the last month. 1 also had all 4 wheels/tires balance. Great turn around time! Always polite and pleasant. This shop goes above and beyond with customer service. Very well recommended shop. -Joe F
