I own a Driving School so I have multiple cars that go to this Mr Tire every 30 to 60 days. I have had nothing but good experiences and professionalism. When my car is out of commission, it cost me money and it is very rare that I don’t get my car back. They do everything they can to get you back out running as quickly as possible. Highly recommended.
So, I used to work for a dealership and I'm not sure if something may have made the attendant assume stupidity but I don't appreciate being upsold on products that I don't need nor do I appreciate being overcharged for basic services. I came in for a routine oil change and to have 2 tires replaced. Mind you, a rotation is included in the tire replacement, and it's free to have your check engine light code confirmed. Those guys in there are pretty cool guys
Shop did a good job diagnosing what was causing my oil leak and was very reasonable on my oil change. Store manager explained everything clearly and got back on the road in no time
