Great place with great customer service.
I've been very happy with the shop. In the past they spent the extra time to find a rim leak that other shops couldn't. They've helped me out with a valve stem sensor problem that again other shops were unable to figure out. I've had them fix multiple flat tires. Most recently I went in because of a failed valve stem core. They fixed the problem quickly and I had the tire back on my car in no time.
We were on our way to Florida when one of our tires started losing pressure. We found this shop on Google Maps and decided to stop because of the great reviews, and now we completely understand why! CJ was incredibly kind and helpful. He checked our tire right away, explained everything clearly, and didn’t try to upsell or take advantage of the situation. Ben and the team sell more by just being straight forward. Recommended tire cost too much but less expensive tire work really well. Not a bunch of maybe’s or possibly this or that just in and out !!!
Stay far away from this Mr. Tire (9225 Berger Rd, Columbia, MD). Back in March 2025, I brought my Subaru WRX here for a brake replacement and was charged \$303.54. Months later, I started having grinding issues and took the car back, only to find out the brakes had **never actually been replaced**. Because of their negligence, my rotors were also damaged.
