Used this place as a Tire Rack installer. They ended up charging me 50% MORE than the Tire Rack estimate. I was prepared for it to be a bit higher, but 50% is full-on BS. When I told them I had been quoted much less, they just said, "Next time order them from us." If you're thinking about having this shop install tires from Tire Rack I would strongly advise against it.
I had a blow out and came in to get two replacement tires. You got the tires I wanted and put them on. You did not calibrate the tire pressure warning system, and the car was alarming. Before I left I asked for that to be fixed and I was told it would work out after I drove a few miles. It did not go away. I looked in the Internet and found out how to calibrate the TPMS for my Honda CRV. Seems like that should be part of what I paid for to get the tires mounted and the TPMS set and calibrated
