I have no problem with the tires. My problem is the additional charge for service I was not told about and never authorized. Service like road hazard, alignment, etc. I may have purchased some of those services, but never told about them beforehand. I even asked before I left my car that the price included the installation and that when I picked up the car the tires would be mounted! I was expecting a bill around $500+ not $800
This location is horrible, very unprofessional. Should have walked out as soon as I walked in. R rated music was blaring in the garage that could be clearly heard at front desk. Had a 12pm appointment for an alignment. Dropped it off at 11:30am, had to call them at 3pm to find out if it was done. Was told it was, not even a mile down the road I could feel no work had been done. Returned to location and was told I need a before and after alignment print out in order to get a refund. Used this place as a Tire Rack installer. They ended up charging me 50% MORE than the Tire Rack estimate. I was prepared for it to be a bit higher, but 50% is full-on BS. When I told them I had been quoted much less, they just said, "Next time order them from us." If you're thinking about having this shop install tires from Tire Rack I would strongly advise against it.
I had a blow out and came in to get two replacement tires. You got the tires I wanted and put them on. You did not calibrate the tire pressure warning system, and the car was alarming. Before I left I asked for that to be fixed and I was told it would work out after I drove a few miles. It did not go away. I looked in the Internet and found out how to calibrate the TPMS for my Honda CRV. Seems like that should be part of what I paid for to get the tires mounted and the TPMS set and calibrated
