Auto techs were friendly, knowledgeable , and efficient
I went in for a standard oil change, which includes a tire rotation. Not only did they skip the tire rotation, but I also found dirty oil handprints all over the hood and driver's side door of my car. Even worse, there were oil stains inside the vehicle. When I returned to address the issue, I was met with a dismissive and unprofessional response—they compared my concerns to someone complaining about a greasy bag from McDonald's. I visited for tire rotation on one Saturday morning about couple months back and walked into one of staffs taking a nap at the front desk. I asked for tire rotation where it ended up taking 2 hours for it. The car was brought into the back right away but apparently, oil was changed instead of tire rotation. I asked about an hour after the car was brought in but he told me that it is still being worked on without checking the back. He continued to sleep in the front desk for another hour.
