When I scheduled my alignment service for 7:30 online and got there, the person in charge says the alignment guy will show up at 10. So I had to leave my car and get a ride from my wife. It was ridiculous. Then I quoted a full synthetic oil change for my Toyota Hylander. Since it takes 5qt, he said my car will cost $89. Then he charged $126. I could have done the same job in Jiffylube for a lot less since I have a coupon. This location needs a new manager.
While I’ve been being cars here for 29 years, this visit was atrocious. On a Monday, I confirmed my car would be done by 12pm on Tuesday, as I needed it for an appointment. Before I left on Tuesday to go get my car (30+ minutes away), I was told that it wouldn’t be done by 12, but close to it. I arrived there at 12:05. Website said open on sunday. Went there, door was locked. Finally someone came to the door. I told him I had a slow leak. He told me to come back on Monday. Not gonna happen. I will take my money somewhere else. 11-2-25.
