Was very. Professional. Estimated time of service given very good.
New tire was bad. Tire tread depth was a 9 so the replacement was 90% off. That’s the good news. The bad news is, you have to pay all the fees over again which is not fair. If the tire is bad, all the fees should have been waived. UPDATE - Brand new tire completely flat in 2 days. Now being told it wasn’t the tire after all, it was a crack in the rim. Specifically asked, during the original visit, if the valve stem and rim was checked and was told that was thoroughly checked so it had to be a faulty tire. I paid for TWO new ... read more
On my receipt it said they did services that they didn’t do such as rotating my tires which was not done.
