Very courteous and helpful service
They’re always super friendly in there even when they’re busy. There’s another location closer to me. But I’ll drive to this one for the service and experience.
On April 9, 2026 I came in the shop with a busted tire that was off the rim. It was 435 pm. I ask the receptionist who was a male and very nasty if I can get my tire fix. He said not today come back tomorrow. I ask him to look at it he say wait he came outside and saw that the tire was off the rim he say the best I can do for you is come back tomorrow I said sir I have no way of getting back or going home I have a 40 mins drive. I came to this location for a second opinion about new tires. Was quickly taken care of by a friendly team led by the manger, Chris. He was kind, knowledgeable and efficient. He was very honest about what services I needed/didn’t need and was willing to prove it to me for peace of mind. I don’t need car services often, but absolutely will be returning to see the team at this location. Could not recommend more. 7-11am appointment not completed until 615pm. Poor communication from sales associate about delays. Personal interaction with Mr Tire employee did not instill the feeling/perception that customer service was a concern. Tire cost and quality was as expected.
