If I could give zero stars, I would. Made appointment to get tire patched. Showed up, and they had no appointment on their schedule despite what the customer service rep said on the phone, nor could they help. Before i left the lot, i called the number back from my vehicle and spoke to the same customer service rep. who remembered me, apologized, and said they'd transfer me to someone else who could help.
