The guy working here was sullen and unfriendly, and he overfilled my tire. I felt bad because he was the only one working and he seemed stressed. Still, the service I received was not great.
Wow I literally just got off the phone with the scheduling department. That representative was very professional. However when they contacted me to someone from the store he was rude rushed me off the phone and not even a thank you have a nice day just a we don’t do that here. I won’t go there for anything else. Thanks for showing me how professional you are Mr Tires
I had an appointment. I waited and waited at the front desk. After 30 minutes or so, someone finally came to the desk, no acknowledgement of me, they came and went (didn't say, "I'll be with you in a minute" or anything). They went to the garage to work on cars. Essentially, the person working on cars was also "trying" to work the front desk. I just left. I couldn't handle the mystery of my fate there coupled with other similar bad reviews. Not worth it!

I returned to this Mr. Tire a free weeks ago to get two of my tires changed. Chris communicated each update with me From when the technicians first looked at the tires, to changing them, to finishing up, and driving back up front. He even asked the technicians to check the electric air pressure system that had been glitching for me. Chris also kept me informed about my car while deescalating some other rude customers that came in shortly after me!! 5 stars
