Even the assistant manager had a bad attitude. No greeting no welcome feelings walking into the door! Sad we have to do better!
Top notch customer service! The fit me in the same day at the last minute and really took care of me! I was comfortable in the sitting area and was giving play by play updates on everything. He even discounted me for a waiting inconvenience. Asked me did I want anything to drink! And fixed my car with no problem! They have a customer for life!!! Both men at the front desk were phenomenal!!!
Shop told me they couldn’t find a leak in my wife tire. So, they popped the tire off and resealed it. Next day the tire is leaking again. Brought the car to a local repair shop and they found the tire leak in less than 10 minutes. And your place is called Mr Tire? I don’t think they ever looked at the tire. That crew lied.
The desk person paid very little attention to me when he was taking my information. I felt like I was intruding on his time. He needs a refresher on customer service.
Chris did an amazing job! Came in with a leaky tire and he patched it in 2 hours for $36. It was the best possible outcome 10/10 would reccommend!
