Made and confirmed an appointment for a “waiting” state inspection. When I arrived learned the state inspector was away on vacation. Complete waste of time — why bother accepting appointments for specific services. Won’t make this mistake again.
Awful customer service and very unresponsive staff with some shady business practices. Went for an oil change that would be covered with a warranty and the receipt they gave me was for another customer so I couldn’t file it with my warranty provider. When I called to get my receipt they said they couldn’t find it and had no record of it, wouldn’t be surprised to find out they are pocketing transactions and stealing from corporate. I will not be returning to any Mr Tire Location
I came in to get a state inspection and unfortunately failed and had to get a re-inspection. Even though they were crazy busy and short staffed, Igor recognized my car in the parking lot and stopped me from leaving and did my re-inspection quickly. He was super friendly and efficient and saved me from having to come back. He is a gem!
