Very bad customer service experience. Took an appointment online and got a confirmation text and went to the location to hear that they don't have it on their system and was short staffed on that day. Also it was expressed that it was my bad that I did not call the location to confirm after making appointment and asked me to come the next day at 11 AM and no one was there on the front for 40 mins, checked twice with the technicians who couldn't confirm how soon the front desk will be answered. I scheduled my appointment online and selected the Nexen CP672 tires. When I arrived, I even showed a picture of my order to confirm it. No one told me the tires were unavailable, and no one asked for my approval to install a different model. Instead, the shop installed Nexen N’Priz AH5 tires — a downgrade in both performance and warranty — without my knowledge or consent.
