Amazing service. Specifically, Bernardo Manaloto was the best to deal with. He always had a very upbeat attitude and was great helping me out. Certainly deserves to be a lead or in management role for customer service. On the service side they were very quick and car has been working great.
Scheduled by scheduling office-service rep was working alone at center and graciously worked me in his already full schedule fir single tire replacement.
Worst Service ever, I’m in there for a tire pressure issue -> Day 1 (they did the fix, no proof on puncture, he just searched a random box full of nails to pick one and that is on my tire) -> Day 2 ( It’s pouring heavily and I couldn’t make it on time for the appointment, sent back without courtesy) -> Day 3 ( I’m on time but they don’t even start on the vehicle for one hour still, strange how they can’t accept in when I’m late by minutes and not start for an hour) Will update the review if they at-least fix it right today! ... read more
