I had a great experience at this specific location of Mr.Tire. The person at the front desk was very accommodating and made me feel comfortable right away. They helped me quickly when I needed to patch my flat tire and were extremely kind and professional throughout the whole process. I really appreciate how nice and helpful they were. Thank you for the excellent service!
This place is professional and good at what they do
The temporary tire was not stored correctly and was simply placed in the trunk. The vehicle indicated that the other tires had low air pressure, but this issue was not addressed. In addition, the tire I purchased was missing a valve cap, which required me to purchase one separately.
Stephanie and Jessie assisted me today with an issue that was caused by another company. They were professional, informative and kind.
