Total clown show. Go in for a tire repair. Told my car has a wheel lock. It doesn’t. They spend a half hour just “inspecting” the car in the bay and spent WAY too long in the engine bay. I’m here for a tire repair not an oil change. Manager tells me it’s protocol and also that I can just leave a nail in my tire and that’s fine.l worst case. LOL. Made an online appointment for a state inspection. When I arrived, I was told this location no longer does state inspections. Update your system and save people's time. There is still an "official state inspection" plaque proudly hanging outside as well.
Had an emergency last night with a flat tire so drove right here because it was late and the closest place to me. The lady Shae is extremely helpful and friendly. My husband and I pretty much live paycheck to paycheck and she helped us a lot with a program they have that covers the repairs then you make payments at a later date. I previously had a great experience at this location so I returned for another service on 8/9 right before a planned vacation. I wanted an oil change and my front brake pads replaced. I ended up getting a oil change and rotor replacement. The work they do is great, but the communication was terrible. I scheduled an appointment with the call center for 12pm. My appointment was for 5:30 for a simple oil change. My car was not brought back until about 8. I was told my car would be ready really soon. 10:20 that night, the tech tells me they’re trying to get other cars done and that they wouldn’t have time for my oil change but I could come back first thing in the morning and it would only take 20 mins. I waited 5 hours for nothing. This used to be my go to shop.
