People at desk not professional, personal talk while waiting Technician was professional and knowledgeable
Excellent customer service, from my initial phonecall to checkout. Every service member was friendly and knowledgeable. They were transparent and informative about all pricing. Most notably, they knew we needed our vehicle for work the next day, so they worked on our car all the way up till 659p, one minute before closing, with a smile, just to get us on the road. I would highly recommend this team.
Giant signs that read, “BAYS ARE OPEN! No appointment needed!” I erroneously started pulling in, can’t do that, my bad. Confusing sign tbh. Attitude left and right. Go into office, fully booked. Just get rid of the false advertising instead of sassing people who know how to read.
Manager stephanie is great. Although process on big jobs I find to be very high they are great all around. Like that you can just walk in. Very personable staff.
