I sent my daughter to get 4 new tires and alignment. It took a little longer than I had expected, but they were thorough, polite and reasonable. They went the extra mile to make sure my daughter's car was safe, and they charged a little less than I'd expected. Update: One of the tires developed a bubble, which seems like a manufacturing defect. Mr Tire refused to honor the warranty, saying we declined extended warranty. Buyer beware.
They didn't help say it will take over 2 hours to plug a tire .
Honest mechanics, amazing work and fast with above and beyond customer service. Will be coming back and giving out recommendations.
When I was left with no other option but to go to this shop just because Sam's club and Nissan automotives on riva road couldn't help me, mom and I called this number as she gets info on getting free deal on my four tires. However, after my vehicle was fixed, they charged an additional $100 in all for all my four tires when I was supposed to have had the free deal on all my four tires. This wasn't right. No more scams!
I was losing pressure on one tire. They over-filled the tire so I could come in the next day. They removed a nail and were able to save the tite!
