Don’t waste your time. Find a reputable mechanic elsewhere. They use high pressure sales tactics, and don’t really have the customers needs at heart.
Needed an emergency tire, they got me in next day and game a deal so good I actually went up a tier. In and out in 30 min!
Had a very positive experience here getting new tires for my Toyota Highlander. Great customer service and communication. Didn't push too hard on upselling anything and I feel like it was fairly priced. Hopefully it's a while before I have to go back (can we all try to keep the nails and screws off the roads pleaseee??) but if I do need to return, I'm hopeful it will be an equally positive experience.
My car was fixed overnight, literally! I've been taking my car, a 2012 Toyota Rav4, to my mechanic for years trying to fix the same two problems. Colton listened to what I said about the problems I was having and fixed them accordingly. And, this fix was hundreds of dollars less than my other mechanic and only took a day (whereas it's taken two weeks before). Thank you so much! I'm definitely coming back.
