I stopped in because I had an object stuck in my tire and wanted to determine if my tire could be patched or if I would need a new tire. I waited in the lobby so long without anyone coming out that I had to call the store while standing in the lobby, at that point someone came out and was attempting to answer the phone before even acknowledging me. After stating my reason for stopping in, a paper was printed and tossed over to me to sign and I was informed that IF my tire could be patched it would cost me $56. The employee w... read more
The service at Mr. Tire in Gambrills is amazing. I showed up close to closing with a nail in my tire, and even though they were down one service person, they took the time to repair my tire. The gentleman who helped me at the counter had an attitude of wanting to help and accommodate, rather than being inconvenienced by a late customer. I will definitely return to this Mr. Tire when it is time for new tires.
Told it would take around 2 hours and took over 4 hours. Must be a common thing here after reading other reviews. If you are busy and value your time, go else where.
