Called Friday to make an 11:30a appointment for Saturday. I needed them to balance the two front wheels and tires on one of my service vans, and give it an oil change. Brought it in this morning, gave them my information and my keys. By 5:30p Darrell was calling me to come get it. He never tried to up sell me on any nonsense, didn't hit me with any hidden fees(what I was quoted was what I paid). Stopped in this past Sunday due to my vale stem leaking air. Another shop I visited right before coming here did a temporary fix and told me they could not help any further. After arriving, Laurie not only quickly found the root of issue but had her techs give me the permanent fix I needed and was in and out. Will not only be revisting for any other issues I have but will be reccomending this shop to my car club as well.
Trust is lost, I’m afraid. I had new shocks put on here in March. Driving out it made an ungodly noise, so I turned right around and went back. (No test drive?). First, the manager started explaining car noises to me. I said “No, sir. This is not me. There is something wrong with the shocks you JUST put on.” Ok, so they checked. They said apparently the drivers side shock was “bad” and replaced it. Two months later my state inspection fails because the passenger side shock was “the wrong type of shock” for my vehicle.
