I went to the Pleasantville location. My tire had a slow leak. There was a screw in the center of the tire. There was very friendly and nice And the job was done very quickly. I was impressed however as I said, I had to repair a tire in Pleasantville but I live in Bayonne. By the time I returned home that evening, my tire was flat again.
Tire change but did not balance I’ve since returned 2x with appointment made in person at the shop, upon arrival of appointment times I was turned away- they were “too busy” I told them I was going away, manager looked at me laughed and said not in that car you’re not!
Late Saturday afternoon I contacted three tire repair centers prior to deciding on Mr Tire. I had a great experience at the Absecon Mr Tire Auto Service Center. Rob Dodson, manager was very kind, professional and customer service focused! The team tried to repair the tire but they were unable to due to where the damage was located. Rob ordered the tire and as promised I received a call from Rob at 9:15 am Monday. I was back on the road in no time! Thanks for the your help and great service Rob and team!
⭐☆☆☆☆ Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. The bald guy up front was one of the rudest people I’ve ever dealt with. From the moment my family walked in, he had an attitude, talked down to us, and made a simple tire installation way more difficult than it needed to be. Even after bringing everything he asked for, he barely looked at it and just kept giving us problems instead of trying to help. Customer service like this is unacceptable. Stopped In to get Some TMPS Sensors Programmed. A Very Rude Bald Man Came Out Complaining That I Parked Sideways In multiple Spots. At This Point They had About One Other Car Parked in the lot. I Just Parked there to run in and Ask a Basic Question, Not to Be treated Rude By someone who Can’t stand their Job. Hopefully Management solves this problem.
