The general manager Roberto was amazing. He and his service team got my child's defective tires replaced and her back on the road within 30 minutes of the appointment. In my opinion, this shop went above and beyond what is normally expected to ensure the safety of their clients. Thank you so much!!!
Twice I have been to this location for an appointment, only to get there and have the guy get annoyed and claim he's already reached out (he hadn't) to tell me they are running very behind and it'll take much, much longer than expected. Super cool to get to an appointment only for them to give you the option to either cancel it or wait 7 hours.
I had a flat and fortunately found Mr. Tire. I was in and out with a half hour. Service was friendly and polite. I definitely recommend Mr. Tire and plan on buying my new tires from this establishment
