I made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. I was given the price of $124. I told the man that I had the Groupon. He said, “I’m sorry, that’s for new customers”. No where on the Groupon did it say that it was for new customers, in fact, there was a limit of 3 per person. I left and took my business somewhere else.
They act like you are bothering them for inquiring about a service arrogant and rude.
