Very unpleasant place, will never go back.
Was driving from New York to Atlantic City for work, was in a rush and stopped by to quickly check a tire. It would have probably taken them 5 minutes. They said they don’t work fast and I had wait for couple hours even though there was no other customers/cars at the store.
I dont write reviews, but for these guys I 100% will. I was in a jam, Mr Tire was closing and they still decided to help me out! I promised them I would write review because the good guys need a voice sometimes. If you're in the area and need quality service, feel free to stop by...Im sure youll be taken care of!!! Romans 10:9
I had an oil change and I had a new starter put in. I waited for my car to be done and the wait wasn’t terrible. My only complaint would be is having to call a call center to make my appointment and when I got there at 9am the mechanic was by himself and couldn’t see me. So I had to go back home and come back an hour later.
Perry is very polite and gives excellent customer service. They very friendly and efficient with the work .
