I was shopping around online for new tires for the front end of my car. Mr. tire seemed to have some good reviews on a specific tire which was also at a reasonable price. Upon getting the tires replaced they did not rotate the tires from the rear to the front and put the new tires on the back, even though I had requested them to do that. Which in fact I shouldn't of had to since that is common practice when getting the front two tires replaced. Took car to MrTire on Mall Cirlcle for check engine light, they charged over me $700 for a tuneup, the check engine lite came back on a week later, had to take it to a more reliable car care center and found out MrTire charged me for services thet didn't perform, had to pay another $1700 to get car repaired, MrTire should stick to tires.
My husband and I both do our service (tires/oil changes) at this store for 3 years or so. We will never go back...Mr.Tires has lost our business. About a year ago, all my rotors were replaced ($700+). Since then, I had to go back and get my brakes fixed 4 times and they just replaced my front rotors again($509). Each time I returned for the brakes, they didn't know why they weren't working properly and put a new set on. Finally, they were working correctly.
