I had a terrible experience at the Mr. Tire on Pickett st in Alexandria. They quoted me one price over the phone, but when it came time to pay they charged me higher. When I tried to speak with the manager they were “unavailable” and every time I called back I got no response. This is not professional and I have tried to resolve this numerous times (both in person and over the phone) and currently my issue is still unresolved. I will not be returning here and I do not recommend.
They were very accommodating and courteous, they fit me right in to their schedule when I arrived.
I made an appointment via phone for 4pm. I arrived at the location promptly after driving 25 minutes. They informed me that they were unable to do an alignment because the machine was down. I was then sent another 20 minutes away to a different location. I kept being put in hold and hung up on when I filed a complaint and all they offered was a coupon for a future visit.
