This is the 2nd time I took my car for an alignment and I had to take it for a re-do to another Mr Tire. Mr Tire has to have a good technician to do alignment.
Ordered the wrong tires, got me confused with another customer. I know because they said they had called me and asked me to come in days before I even called. Showed up at the right time and they didn't have the size I ordered. Blamed me for their mistake.
Very poor service! I went there for two tires and they told me they have both in stock and it would only take me one hour. After an hour and a half I inquired when my car will be ready and he said he was looking for another tire because it turns out they only had one. Sadly, he let me wait an hour and a half with no communication that they did not have what I needed.
I recently had all four tires changed on my vehicle, and I’m very satisfied with the service I received. The staff was helpful, knowledgeable, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. They took the time to explain my tire options and answered all of my questions clearly. The installation was done efficiently, and I was back on the road sooner than I expected. Avoid this place if you care about your car!!! The staff is extremely rude with a terrible attitude. They don't value their customers at all. I took my brand-new car in for an oil change, and they carelessly broke one of its parts. Instead of apologizing, they treated me like I was the one at fault.
