Good People. We've had a few worthwhile experiences with the team at the S. Pickett Mr. Tire. They give clear explanations, very quick turnaround, and multi times did they tell us work did not need to be done yet AND have found ways to reduce labor costs for minor additions.
Excellent service! After engine light on Honda odyssey started flashing on our 6 hour trip from VA to NJ late on a Saturday, a call to Mr. Tire welcomed us in when other shops and dealerships wouldn't go out of their way until Monday. The manager had the car diagnosed, part delivered and repaired in 1.5 hours. Thank you for your caring, kindness, understanding and professionalism.
