Took my car in for a simple oil change. They drained the transmission fluid instead and waited until and of the day to call me to tell me that my car wouldn’t be ready until tomorrow 10am. When I called before dropping g the car off I specifically asked will I get it back today? I was scheduled to go out of town the next morning 8am Car wasn’t ready until after 12 noon and all they said was “sorry” and took $30 off.
