Came in today completely in despair about my tires. Life be lifeing and this was unexpected and the cherry on top. Customer service was absolutely superb! Calm, professional and peaceful shop atmosphere. Sigh.. I was even given financial options. I'll be back..most definitely
I really wanted to give this business a 5-star review, but I just can't. This is the third time I've scheduled an appointment, dropped off my car, and left my key in the lockbox, only to find out the next day that no one showed up for work not even the manager. Is this normal? The website clearly lists Sunday business hours, yet the shop was completely closed with no communication or notice. I've been going to the Bryans Road location for the past few years and this Mr. Tire is top notch. They are very polite and they work fast while doing everything they claim they do. Oil Changes are spot on and when they say the Rotate the Tires at no charge, they actually rotate the tires. They are very good with their free inspections and they don't try to up-sale you on work that is recommended to be done. Excellent Service and the Team Members are always extremely polite and professional. Thanks Again ! Uncle D
