I had an appointment for today for a state inspection got there on time and they told me there was no one today to do state inspections
Untrustworthy. Unfortunate experience. No longer trust this business. Came in for issues with the car jerking forward constantly. After 2 separate visits and $2,140 the problem was corrected. We asked the mechanic who worked on our car during both visits if the repairs would be worth it as we were concerned additional issues would arise when coming back next month for an inspection. Went above and beyond!
I came in to have my tires, that I purchased there, rotated. It took 1.5 hours start to finish including a smoke break and other breaks by the tech. When I asked the write up person if the tires could be put on, she said that they could not be put on until after she discussed the recommendations for service. There were several recommendations that were not part of the check by the tech. She said that if I didn't have the work done, this would be reported to Carfax. This was a horrible experience. They attempted to scam me. They knew I was out of state and desperate and marked me for an easy scam job. I came in because I had a slow leak from something in my tire. They told me they could not patch my tire because (even though only 3 years old and checked at my oil change 3 weeks ago) they claimed my tires were so dry rotted it was beyond repair and that I would need 4 new tires on the spot.
