Very thorough and professional. Helpful.
Picked up a nail in my tire on a Sunday morning on the way to church. So thankful that they were open and not too busy to help me. They plugged my tire pretty quickly and the price was reasonable.
Shop office very dirty. Restroom was so dirty my wife would not use. Clearly hadn't been cleaned in a long while.thus was a morning appointment. shop tried to upsell several items. Coolant flush and air filter- just had coolant flush done, both strength and color are good so no reason to upsell. Air filter was not removed to inspect and is just fine, no sign of debris or need to be replaced. I would agree with the rear brakes and brake fluid flush they said required but I declined. Overall not impressed.
Just sat here 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation with no acknowledgement of the potential long wait time beforehand by staff. The service itself was fine but having to wait that long without given a heads up is inconsiderate.
