This is the worst place to take your car. They had my car for a week. Lied saying they were waiting on parts never filed the warranty paperwork. When I called to check status of my car guy named Jay was rude and very disrespectful. Car never got fixed I had to pick it up and take it somewhere else. Stay away from this place.
This is absolutely the worst car care center I've ever dealt with. I don't just mean in greenville either. Where do I begin? I called and then stopped by after they told me they could repair the rotors on my car. It was made plain that I'd have to wait for parts. It wasn't an issue. I waited for several days and heard nothing. Finally I called and was told the parts had come in. Why did no one reach out? I was already annoyed with the lack of communication. Exceptional service and extremely quick response time. I would recommend them for anyone needing tire services.
I would not recommend this place to any woman who may be bringing her vehicle in by herself. (Without a man). The way I was treated by the guy in the front was ridiculous. I called a few mins before I got off work as I needed an inspection, and surprisingly they stay open pretty late. I get there, walk in wait for about 5 mins… was not greeted at all or told “I’ll be with you in a moment”. No acknowledgment. That should’ve been my red flag there. But nope! I didn’t say anything.
