I was working in Christiansburg today from out of town when my a/c started acting funny, the blower quit intermittently and it was making a terrible noise. My usual mechanic was booked weeks out, with it being a very hot July I wanted it fixed as soon as possible and didn’t want to risk it fully quitting on a hot day. Jacob is a nice guy but they scratched all 4 of my rims while replacing tires.
I was traveling down to Virginia Tech from northern Virginia for my son and had car trouble. I stopped by Mr. Tire and Jacob was amazing! He helped look the problem, gave me options, and got me bad on the road home quick! I felt safe driving my car all the way back home. Cannot thank Jacob and the team at Mr. Tire enough!
