The only reason they are getting 1 star is because i had to put atleast 1 on there. Made an appointment to get new tires put on but they cant honer their appointments walked in and they said no can't do it.
Jacob and his team were amazing! They helped us while we were traveling through. Quick, reliable and honest. I highly recommend this Mr. Tire location.
I had the pleasure to work with Jacob Price in Christiansburg and he gave me an excellent exceptional service. I would like to give him five stars.
I've only really dealt with one person. (Jacob) He's awesome. He will do anything he can to help people. I've seen him there, more than once, after closing because someone had a problem, were from our if town, or just stranded.... He'll help when no one else will. He's been working on my car. He's the only person I'll even think about taking it to. If he doesn't know how to fix it, he'll figure it out. It'll drive him crazy till he does!
David, Tyler, and Daniel are an awesome team! Thanks so much
