Excellent Service! I went into the Mr. Tire shop because a nys inspection site had failed my car for a "broken" hand brake. I also had noises that I thought was a hole in my exhsust system but neither the Chevrolet Dealer or the nys inspection site had said anything about my exhaust system when they did worked on my car. The Mr. Tire store Manager & mechanic agreed to fix the hand brake. the guy who took care of me was superb. he towed my car to the collision place, he let my car sit at his shop for a couple days with no problem and before I could decide what I wanted to do with it, he gave me some really great information. very professional
I’ve been bringing my car here for years. The guys that work here are excellent but I’ve witnessed corporate screw them over A LOT. If you’re reading this, know that if you make an appt by phone or online, that is through CORPORATE and the people at the shop are never told about these appointments (which is clear from all the other reviews sharing that EXACT experience). They also clearly could use a few more people on deck- again a higher level issue where I place no blame on the crew in-store. I’d still recommend this shop... read more
