The issue I had with my experience was That none of the info that I provided on the booking site transferred to the actual Store, and once I did arrive, no workers were available to assist me within my appointment timeframe causing me to not be able to get the work I needed done and it was just a big inconvenience and a waste of gas/time for me, and that ultimately gave me to confidence never choose Mr. Tire again, also the manager Definitely didn’t wanna work that day because it seemed to be an inconvenience be asked. Ruined my tire on the Friday afternoon of July 3, a holiday. Of the five tire places I contacted, Jesse at Genesee Street Mr. Tire was the only one that a) answered the phone and b) was able to provide relevant information. He ordered the weird tire I needed and got me back on the road by Monday. Great service!
Easy to schedule. Done when expected. Pleasant staff
The staff was very courteous and helped immediately.. no over charge and got what I needed done in a timely manner.
Giving bad news clearly is important but unappreciated. I hoped my flat tire was not going to mandate buying 4 new wheels even though I had hoped it wouldn't come to that. The people here warned me that that was likely, gave me accurate cost assessments up front, and even gave me a small discount for my situation. No one likes to get a $900 bill but sometimes you need to do the work and the staff handled my issue as best one could reasonably expect.
