Giving bad news clearly is important but unappreciated. I hoped my flat tire was not going to mandate buying 4 new wheels even though I had hoped it wouldn't come to that. The people here warned me that that was likely, gave me accurate cost assessments up front, and even gave me a small discount for my situation. No one likes to get a $900 bill but sometimes you need to do the work and the staff handled my issue as best one could reasonably expect.

Dude quoted me $1800 to have a full break job done on my vehicle 🤦♂️ I'll never be going there again.
Excellent Service! I went into the Mr. Tire shop because a nys inspection site had failed my car for a "broken" hand brake. I also had noises that I thought was a hole in my exhsust system but neither the Chevrolet Dealer or the nys inspection site had said anything about my exhaust system when they did worked on my car. The Mr. Tire store Manager & mechanic agreed to fix the hand brake.
