I have to give a shoutout to the Store Manager, Jesse. He helped out our family tremendously and went above and beyond to make sure we were good to go before driving back to NC. Backstory: We have brought our van to the Dodge dealership TWICE with concerns of the engine slipping, rough idling and being sluggish. We drove from SC to NY to visit family & had an issue with our tires. Jesse Fisher was fantastic. He diagnosed the issue & quickly replaced our tires. I had an inspection. It was scheduled very easily. The attendant, I forgot his name, was attentive, professional and informative. I rescheduled my oil change until my next pay day.

I was referred to this establishment by other customers. It is small shop to begin with, and the staff is courteous to start. I had them replace my air conditioner compressor, which was fine or so I thought. Now I have a system issue with my car, and the same shop in question denying fault. My honest suggestion is, if it's not tire work do not utilize their services. They will claim "no fault" and send you to a sister location.
