The mechanics at the 4818 Reed Rd Columbus Ohio 43220 location are unprofessional to say the least. This is on top of being unethical at their work. They don’t honor the appointments and on top of that they do not know their job. About a year ago I went to this location for oil change and tire rotation. The Only Place I Trust – I'm seventeen years old and I own a 1999 manual transmission Toyota Camry. It has about 125,000 miles on it and I drive it every day on the freeway to get to and from school. Seems I am not the only one. – I took my car to the 4818 Reed Rd Columbus Ohio 43220 location for an issue my Audi A4 was having. I asked the manager, Bob, if they were able to fix Audi issues. He assured me it would not be a problem and told me to drop my car off the next day. I dropped my car off and received a call in which I was told my problem had been diagnosed and could be fixed. Mr. Tire damaged my car and denied it – Do not take your car there! I went there to replace my tires and not only did they try to upsell me on higher priced tires and a warranty, but when I took my car home I noticed they had scraped a circle around the perimeter of all 4 of my wheels.
