If I could give negative star ratings, I would. I went in to get new tires on my vehicle. After waiting for three hours, they came to tell me that I indeed needed new tires, you know -the exact thing I went in for. Then they proceeded to tell me that they'd have to order the tires in and they'd be here the following day. I scheduled for three days later to ensure the tires would be there, and to make an appointment so I didn't waste my time or theirs. I show up this morning around 9:45, for a 10a appointment.
