Fine enough experience, the manager was very nice
Terrible experience! Using the store's web page, we selected tires. In addition, I needed an oil change and inspection. I had a coupon for a $10 oil change. I was told to arrive a little before 7:00am. By the time I left (nearly 11:00), the only thing that this store had done was the oil change. The tires were the wrong size and they did not do the inspection. To top it off, I was charged $27 for the oil change instead of $10. This store is awful. Do not waste your time or money here!
We took our van to have it looked at for general maintenance before we moved across country last May at Mr. Tire in Fredericksburg, VA and were told we needed the rear brakes done (pads and rotors). On the paperwork, it said lifetime warranty on the pads and a 12 month/12,000 mile warranty on all other work. Fast forward to May of this year when my van is jerky when I use my breaks and I am told at Firestone that both my front and my rear brakes need to be replace, again the pad and rotors. Great Work And Very Friendly Had my car in their shop last week for tires and new brakes, was very pleased with the knowledge of the staff and how I was treated. I was also happy with how quick and professional their mechanics were I would recommend them
