I was at Mr Tire, 5910 Liberty Heights on May 20th. I was serviced my Ali and Robert. They were professional and kept me updated with the service I requested and what was needed at the time. They were awesome and I trusted them. 5stars for the service I received! Thank you guys!
I drove up in shambles. my tire was shattered. the Master tech Ali, was exceptional. he looked for all options and considerations even provided information for other locations in the future. I started almost in tear from fear and disarray. I ended almost in tear from admiration and brotherhood. not only did he and his colleagues assist, they reassured me that I pulled into the best place for service.
