Had my vehicle into Mr Tire, Middletown for left rear tire repair and tire rotation. At completion of the work, the repair was completed, but rotation was not completed, as indicated by the left rear having a patch/plug, and the front tires still having brake dust on them further indicating no rotation was completed. But, this office still charged me for the rotation! Great prices and very fast and courteous techs. This place my whole family come to, and will always.
Just left the store after waiting 85 minutes to replace my flat tire. They didn't even take my car in. When I asked for my key, the tech said, "Oh, but you're next..." I called this am for an apt today, and waited 85 minutes for nothing. I left. Called NTW and heading there tomorrow. I would NOT recommend the old Carl King tire place.
Terrible service. No communication with their customers at all! Way more expensive than their competitors!
