Had my vehicle into Mr Tire, Middletown for left rear tire repair and tire rotation. At completion of the work, the repair was completed, but rotation was not completed, as indicated by the left rear having a patch/plug, and the front tires still having brake dust on them further indicating no rotation was completed. But, this office still charged me for the rotation!
