Mister tire was a great place when Elden owned it after Rocky bought it and Ian started running with rocky. It went to craps. I worked my butt of to open the company and Rocky would come in scream at my customers and scream in his employees face. UPDATE: Thank you for the response sir. (See below). I appreciate it. I was initially excited when Mr. Tire reopened, I got my snow tire wheels switched there this year. And while I was there, I talked to them about installing TPS monitors in my snow wheels. They ordered the devices and called me to schedule for last Monday morning at 9 AM. I thought great this is wonderful! I showed up at 9 AM on last Monday morning and the place was closed. Here's my full experience: Owner is 50/50 at best, his attitude depends on his mood. If you can't deal with this I would avoid going here. Employees are working their darnest best to keep the customers moving and back on the road. Small shop with three tire guys and two front counter gals. So props to them for putting out their best effort. Awesome shop dog, that brown lab earns it keeps at the shop.
