A lot of you come to the shop, can’t find your way around, and then go online and leave reviews that does not really match your behaviors. For me, Mr. Tire is the best shop I be ever been to. I”ve always had good conversation, excellent customer service and positive experience every time I visited, I have a good customer service with them and they are doing a great job.
I do not like giving negative reviews, but I also feel a duty to warn people when a business is unsafe. I do not know much about tires and usually go to Discount Tire, but they were closed for Labor Day. Mr. Tire was open so I came here. A few things went badly at the start: 1. Mr. tire did not seem to know how to use a car jack. When putting my tire back on, the guy popped the side bumper of my car loose and did not reattach it! Extremely Disappointing Experience I had an extremely disappointing experience at Mr. Tire on Rice Street in St. Paul. I was charged for an oil change, but the oil filter was not changed. I also believe I was overcharged for parts and labor, and when I requested a receipt, I was not provided one. The customer service was unacceptable. Unprofessional, and they aren’t real mechanics they don’t know what there doing I would never bring my vehicle here again. Sign on the door says they open at 8:30am no one showed up until 9:25am on google it says they open at 7am and if you call the current fake mechanic owner he says they open at 9am. On there website it says free brake inspection but that is a lie it is $100 this ain’t no Mr.Tire auto shop it is a scam shop no customer service skills whatsoever you can’t ask any questions unless they will get mad and angry... read more
