Extremely Disappointing Experience I had an extremely disappointing experience at Mr. Tire on Rice Street in St. Paul. I was charged for an oil change, but the oil filter was not changed. I also believe I was overcharged for parts and labor, and when I requested a receipt, I was not provided one. The customer service was unacceptable. Unprofessional, and they aren’t real mechanics they don’t know what there doing I would never bring my vehicle here again. Sign on the door says they open at 8:30am no one showed up until 9:25am on google it says they open at 7am and if you call the current fake mechanic owner he says they open at 9am. On there website it says free brake inspection but that is a lie it is $100 this ain’t no Mr.Tire auto shop it is a scam shop no customer service skills whatsoever you can’t ask any questions unless they will get mad and angry... read more

They stole my serpentine belt when they were supposed to be fixing the blower motor… I HIGHLY do not recommend and also buy your parts before so they won’t tax you an arm and leg… horrible service !
