I bought a car from this shop and later discovered it had a water pump issue and was leaking coolant. For the high price I paid, I expected it to be properly inspected and in good condition. They also made it difficult for me to do a full test drive before buying. Later on, they overcharged me for an oil change and even tried to charge extra just to add coolant. Overall, I’m very disappointed with the experience and feel this shop takes advantage of customers instead of helping them.
I went in this shop approx. Spring 2025 to have a tire plugged and they did . They Not put the valve stem caps back on I ask them And the the response was Okay thank you. I went to pay the bill and They charged me $50 Dollars! I understand prices have gone up a bit, butt that Was outrageous! Never again will I do business with them. (Buy the way, previous owners sold their business late last year. I have no problem with people coming in to the U.S. but learn to speak English! My feeling is the place is just a Rip off!
New Owner, Great Customer Service!! I was in and out for a quick tire patch. While my car was up they noticed a couple things and SHOWED me right away. Prices are reasonable. Definitely coming back for all my car services. Thank you Matthew
