Customer service done right! There was a small error made in my order (an adult table was mixed up with a children’s table) and I didn’t realize until we were setting up for the party. The party was going to be in an hour and a half. I called to report the issue and within a minute I received help and the item was replaced within 45 minutes! Just don’t.. pay $50 more elsewhere. Forget how awful customer service is, the tables are from 1829
Mr. Tent was great to work with for our wedding day. The planning, set-up and breakdown was very smooth. The tent, tables, chairs and dance floor were just as we pictured. The lighting added an extra special touch. We won't hesitate to use them in the future!
