On 10/16/23 My wife went into Mr. Tattoo for a birthday tattoo. Suppose to get a ¾ sleeve on her arm. Everything started normal, from the return call by the owner Pete, Who has in the past, my wife has had a great interaction and tattoos with. She arrived at the agreed time at 4PM, He was almost 2 ½ hours late. Was supposed to have the drawing done the night before. Didn't have it done. Had to continue drawing, Not a huge deal.
