I am extremely particular about Asian cuisine — and food in general — so I don’t say this lightly: their steamed dumplings paired with that signature bitter dipping sauce are the best in town. The secret is simple: a proper, restrained hand with the salt, meaning it’s wonderfully subtle. The basic noodles with bean sprouts in soy sauce are also excellent; I could eat endless amounts of them, again, because they aren't oversalted. Good lord! I must say while eating some explicit words were said. 10/10 by far the best Chinese takeaway I have ever had! Fat, plump and juicy shrimp dumplings. Chilli oil had such a good kick and paired perfectly with it. Wantons 10/10. Spare ribs fall off the bone and smothered in sauce. Big spring rolls... Absolutely mahoosive! Hi! We were extremely satisfied with our meal and would rate the food quality over 90%. The Hainan chicken was tender and juicy, the stir-fried beef flat noodles had excellent wok flavour, the prawn toast was crispy and delicious, and both the sweet and sour pork and salt & pepper squid were very enjoyable.
