Proceed with caution. We trusted Mr.T when we picked him to replace our outside unit and hoped he’d provide great customer service if things were not working as expected with the new unit. Mr T cares about the work he completes and all the people he interacts with. He troubleshoots all problems to try and save you money UNLIKE the bigger companies that cut corners and look for ways to upcharge. Absolute pleasure working with him. I will definitely be hiring him for future projects! Thanks again Mr.T for keeping my family comfortable!!
