On August 14, 2014 we ordered a Miele vacuum cleaner from Crate and Barrel. We ordered the Miele Kona S ****, which is notoriously made in black only. Crate and Barrel shipped instead a Miele Complete C3 Kona Canister Vacuum Cleaner , marine blue, with the *** 228 electrobrush which was later on replaced by an upgraded version, the *** 236. I took an old ********** vacuum canister to this Waltham store a week and a half ago. My friend, whose vacuum it is told me that although the vacuum worked, she was no longer getting power to her rug-beater attachment. I brought the canister to my house to test the hose terminals for power with a multimeter. I found no current. The vacuum motor was still working and had good suction when I turned the vacuum on.
