Definitely would recommend, new employee Jacob really went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied, he was able to get into places other companies weren't able to.
Rodney is terrible
I feel very safe now in the house ever since they removed all the obstructions that caused a downdraft in my furnace and boiler chimney. We are very happy with their work ethics and professionalism. Very nice and respectable too. I would recommend them for any work done on the chimneys.
NO stars here. Previous owner cleaned the chimney for 25 years. He also cut down the ivy around the chimney opening. Booked this company for cleaning and waited 2 1/2 hrs but no show. Phoned and was told that they drove by, saw the ivy on the chimney and wouldn't do the job. They did not have the decency to phone and let us know that they were not coming. Management is rude and poorly organized. Don't hire these people.
