Rodney is terrible
I feel very safe now in the house ever since they removed all the obstructions that caused a downdraft in my furnace and boiler chimney. We are very happy with their work ethics and professionalism. Very nice and respectable too. I would recommend them for any work done on the chimneys.
NO stars here. Previous owner cleaned the chimney for 25 years. He also cut down the ivy around the chimney opening. Booked this company for cleaning and waited 2 1/2 hrs but no show. Phoned and was told that they drove by, saw the ivy on the chimney and wouldn't do the job. They did not have the decency to phone and let us know that they were not coming. Management is rude and poorly organized. Don't hire these people.
Fast and clean
We hired them and paid full price to do a cleaning and inspection on our fireplace as we just moved in. They cleaned it and said it was great! A week later (without use) on a windy day the entire front fell off. Turns out they did not reconnect the damper, nor did they even care to inform us that the front required repair! It was not a thorough job! They did not return my call for a day, and when they did it was just 'laughed off' and not even taken serious.
