Went to wash my truck, paid for the highest tier was and it only did the pre soak and then said the was was complete. Tried calling the number to report it and the number just rings indefinitely.

self service kiosk wouldn’t take my card so I had to use cash. When I did, the kiosk was empty. Still took my cash- didn’t give a prompt that it didn’t have change. It printed out a receipt for change of $19 and when i went to go get it doors were locked. Had to grab the attention of one of their detailers and he said he wasn’t sure when the owner would be back. I even called the listed number 5 times with no response. Their detailer ended up taking my number & assisted in helping me get change for what I was owed. But still... read more

Can come here and get the car cleaned perfectly, and can be fine. I can say I am a regular which means that they are doing a good job.
