Tried to use the soft touch service first, it took the 15 dollars and gave me this error message like the following picture, saids it is out of service. I had to back up and use the touch free instead, there was barely any soap, there were a few rounds sprayer has sprays nothing. After the wash floating dust remains my my car, dust I could easily wipe off with my finger as shown. Waste of money.
Touch less wash was total waste of money. No pressure and barely any soap. It's like the spouts are all clogged up.
Paid for a $12 wash and it ran with no soap. Every automatic car wash I've ever gotten I've seen suds and have smelled the car wash through the vents. It's almost part of the gimmick of car washes now because some smell very good. The fact that I saw zero suds and smelled nothing cemented the fact that I got scammed. This isn't the first time I was duped by Mr. Suds.
