self service kiosk wouldn’t take my card so I had to use cash. When I did, the kiosk was empty. Still took my cash- didn’t give a prompt that it didn’t have change. It printed out a receipt for change of $19 and when i went to go get it doors were locked. Had to grab the attention of one of their detailers and he said he wasn’t sure when the owner would be back. I even called the listed number 5 times with no response. Their detailer ended up taking my number & assisted in helping me get change for what I was owed. But still... read more
Can come here and get the car cleaned perfectly, and can be fine. I can say I am a regular which means that they are doing a good job.
