Terrible customer service subs r soggy u open it up everything falls out none of the workers smile place is dirty tables floors etc...will not be returning here please teach ur employees about customer service skills
I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this Mr. Sub location. The sub I ordered was completely soggy and honestly hard to eat. On top of that, the restaurant itself looked dirty, the lights were dim, and the overall atmosphere felt neglected. There was only one employee working, and she was trying to do everything at once — making subs, answering phone calls, and handling customers. Priya and Rajesh were very kind and efficient in their service. I ran in to use the washroom (facilities are clean) and stayed for the food. Always a good sammich at mr sub!
I had a great experience at this Mr. Sub! The food was fresh, delicious, and made exactly the way I like it. The bread was soft, the ingredients were high quality, and the portions were generous. What really stood out was the customer service — the staff was friendly, welcoming, and very attentive. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, which made the visit even better. If you’re looking for a quick, tasty meal with great service, I highly recommend stopping by this Mr. Sub. I’ll definitely be coming back!
