Called this morning at 8.45am. Was expecting to leave a voice message but instead received a prompt phone pick up and friendly demeanour asking for a photo of the stump and an estimated time to arrive at site on the SAME DAY!!! Texted a few photos of the stump through and a quick Quote was given shortly after. Price was fair and Mr Stumpy arrived at the site at promptly 10.30am, again on the same day and at the time he promised to come!
