Bought a new house in 2009. Immediately after moving in we noticed one of the upstairs washrooms was leaking causing a huge water stain in the popcorn ceiling below. The builder fixed the leak but the water stain remained. In 2024, we put our house for sale and the realtor had a renovation team that painted our whole house.
