Recently had the door seal drop out from behind glass of our nectre wood fire. Had taken the whole door in to have the seal replaced. Was informed that the simple job may take up to a week to do, which is understandable as it is mid-winter. The guy I spoke to was extremely sharp and grumpy towards me after I explained the glass was only 18 months old. $170 and 10 days I was happy. 8 days after, the seal has fallen out of the door again. Will cut my losses with this business and try another local business.
Couldn't get served first visit. Second visit was fine but not one price on their heaters. Excuse was prices change about every 4 months or so.
If I were able to rate 0 stars I would! Was in there today with my 18 yr old son, even he was astounded at the absurdly awful, rude service we encountered by the owner, as he smugly informed me he was. We hadn't been in there for about 2 years as our pool has been out of action, but was accused of going there in January this year, getting a pool test done and not buying any products, which apparently warranted us being treated so horribly. Terrible service and little to no knowledge of their own products. Purchased a new rope seal for our fire place door. I had to search it in their manuals in store, then the rope supplied had been cut and taped up which made it in 2 pieces. Wasn't happy. Will never shop there again.
Great service, I bought my Nectre heater 10 years ago from them. Yesterday I needed a vent knob replacement part, I rang & took it in to them. Parts replaced, new rope, cleaned all within an hour! Fantastic service.
