Andy was great. He went out of his way to get my u-haul drop off location changed from a place 14 miles away to the Mr Stor It where I had just unloaded. I had made 3 separate calls to U-haul over multiple days to try and get the drop off location changed and each time it changed to a different location but no where near my storage unit where I was unloading from a trip across country. Andy volunteered to fix it and within 5 minutes had it changed so I could finish the drop off right there. Thank you Andy!
The storage facility site manager Andy was amazing during my UHaul rental process. I have a storage unit here and from the first day I brought storage, Andy has always been very helpful and professional! I highly recommend this facility for your storage and moving needs!
