Their customer service was spot on. They contacted with email and text when I selected a time fir the cleaning on their website. I had to cancel and rebook another time. No problem. Bryce is a remarkable professional. Courteous and willing to answer questions, up front about pricing and no on site upsell pressure like the big cleaning companies. Even answered my curiosities and interest in how it worked. It was cool powerful stuff. And the results! We had honestly ignored the carpet in our 14 year old house, sure we vacuumed it and spot cleaned it, but we never had it steam cleaned.
