Great to work with! Fast and good
We've used Mr. Steam before and have loved the results. He was timely and took care to protect our walls and other carpet. The carpet looks great!
10/10 recommend! Looked at everything with a black light before, finding even more areas to address I wasn’t aware of. Super thorough, quick drying time, smells so fresh and clean- bonus that it’s not toxic and my carpets look brand new. Much better experience than I had with zerorez a couple years ago. Love that I was able to schedule the week of too. Added bonus in my book! Very pleased with the whole process and such an admirable outcome.
Never paid more then $150 before. Shame on me for not calculating the price when he gave me the quote. Cost was $300 and that was with a $60 discount. Spent about an hour and 15 minutes cleaning . Did a good job.but $200 an hour to clean carpets? Going somewhere else next time!!
